RightsWatch White Paper

The White Paper summarises the activities, conclusions and recommendations of the RightsWatch project, covering the following areas: 

• an explanation of the legal and practical issues behind the notice and takedown problem
• an overview of the project’s objectives, methodologies and results
• the principal findings
• areas recommended for further investigation and debate
